depression? motivational speeches?

Hello, I was going to post the second part of our trip but I couldn't get myself to writing it. I wasn't going to do this, write personal feelings especially that this isn't only my blog alone. But I felt like theres a lot of people out there feeling the exact same I feel.

How depression feels. Cred:twitter

I feel depressed. I have felt depressed for quite a while. Not the usual sadness before bedtime or the sad feeling everyone's turned into a mainstream on twitter lately. No. A I've been feeling crap for weeks now, I feel useless, hopeless, helpless, lonely, weird, anxious kinda feeling. For more than like day or two. To some people it may seem as attention seeking or as me exaggerating but to be fair, you'll never know how someone's feeling unless you're in their same situation or them, so don't judge.
Now I obviously have my personal reasons and really mainly if I say them they'll sound like not a big deal and they probably aren't anyway but still.
Also I'd like to add it's one of the reasons why o decided to make a YouTube channel but it kinda added a little stress and anxiety. And, I'm obviously not sure if I do have depression but I'm sure it feels like depression.

But again, I'm not really here to talk about me. If you're feeling sad or depressed believe me I understand how it feels. Also if you have anxiety it's said to be a normal symptom that comes with depression. And even after everything I just said which sounds dreadful I'm sure, I want you to read the following sentences with a smile on your face. Promise me. Even if it's a fake one just go on do it, for yourself.

You aren't perfect, we're all made out of a bunch of flaws, no one gets everything they want but again you have what other people want, you are you, you can't change that even if you do all the operations in the world, be happy, you're lovely, someone, whether one friend or two, siblings, parents, family members, someone does love you, even if you don't see it it's true, just realize the little things that show their affection. Also, if you let out your feelings people won't pity you, they'll help you over come this sadness and rough times and remind you again why you're perfect being you! Think about all the good memories, no matter who it was with or when. Write down all the bad memories on a paper or the things that have caused you pain or sadness and rip that thing up and throw it away. Along with everything related to it.

YOU ARE PERFECT BEING YOU!
So you do you.
Remember it's alright to cry. Tears remind you you're alive.
As said by Ed Sheeran.
We're all human after all no matter how pretty or strong or tough we look or are.
AS CHEESY AS ALL OF THIS SOUNDS!

I truly want you to feel better.
Cry, sing, dance, do whatever makes you feel happier. We're too young to feel depressed or sad.
Too young to lose our youth on a bad illusion that we created ourselves.
Leave your smartphone or laptop and go do what you gotta do.

If you want leave comments on whatever you want. If there is anyone reading this. If you want to blurt out your feelings then please do I wouldn't mind reading two whole pages about it anyway.
Also I promise we post a lot more happier stuff than this, this is just a one timer so if you want follow us. And share this around maybe it can help at least one person :).
But..

Until next time. Have fun. Stay safe. Cherio.

Exclusive inside look to Al Madina.

Hello!
I recently went onto a 8 day trip to Al Madina in Saudi Arabia. Due to political and terrorism also religious reasons only Muslims are allowed into it. So I thought it'd be a good chance to show you all what I did there in two blog posts (So keep your eye peeled for the next one!)

So we set off onto our 12 hour road trip at about 2 in the morning. Blimey. But it was beautiful driving in complete darkness and being able to see all the stars, although I couldn't get a picture but I'm sure you can imagine it.

We then after about 5 hours we reached a place called Hail and decided to finally get some breakfast from McDonalds in a mall called Garden City Mall and also take a rest.

huge statue of oranges on a roundabout

We finally set off again and there were tons and I mean literally tons of mountains but I was too hot and tired to picture all of them. Also it would've taken half of the blog so haha!

We finally reached Al Madina and went as fast as we could to our hotel.

Im sorry I only pictured the beds haha.

We literally slept like babies! Until we woke up from hunger, again like babies haha! So we went and visited The Prophets Mosque, I think that's its name. And it looks beautiful, genuinely.
After that we went to the biggest mall ever there and it's called Al Rashid Mega Mall. And yes it was Mega.
I would also like to note out that even tho throughout the whole trip we ate mostly the normal known fast food junk, I would just like to point out that Al Baik is by far the best junk food restaurant there, even tho they may seem just like small little chicken nuggets, they taste so good that you'll probably end up eating it everyday, so..

We then headed back home and slept. The next two days we spent them recovering from the journey and visiting that big mosque. Also to be honest there isnt much to do in the morning, it's more of a night life in all of Saudi Arabia so you aren't missing out on anything thrilling haha.

I think I'm going to end this blog here. Next one will be ten times more thrilling because spoiler, we climb a mountain and it's beautiful. So hang in on for that one.
Or you can follow this blog to get notified.

Until next time, have fun, stay safe. Cherio.

Long Road Trips Essentials.

Hello! So we're going on a about 10 or more hour road trip (if you'd like to know more about our trip it'll be in a small paragraph at the end) and instead of showing you boring normal stuff I'm taking in my suitcase as underwear and pyjamas, I thought I'd show you what I'm going to take in my Back Pack.

This is the bag I'll be taking, it's Kappa as you can see haha, and its more rectangular than normal back packs, also it has a lot of storage area and is simply great.
Now the idea of taking a back pack is that you don't have to hold about 5 different bags, just squeeze everything you need in one place. The other thing is that you don't really need to take this everywhere you go, just take what you need from it and use your handbag.

(Sorry about the bandage, it looks quite ugly but need it haha)
First things first... I'm a realist. Haha sorry just had to. First things first obviously I'm taking my baby Nikon D5200 take photos for upcoming blogs. Eeek exciting.

Next I'm taking a makeup bag except I have hardly squished any makeup in it haha! (I'm not much of makeup junkie, oops sorry). Now this is from The Lavenger Shop aka LVS and its called Travel Pack in my favourite colour red, although it looks a little raspberry pink. Absolutely love it, just put everything in it and it saves flipping your bag upside down to find something haha!

Right so the first things in the very few things I've put in my makeup bag is my Coconut Vanilla Signature scented Body Spray from Caramel Bath & Body which is connected? Connected to the Bath & Body shop but the Caramel flavours I guess. And as you can guess it smells a lot like Coconut, a lot of vanilla and a small bob of caramel, also a very very light scent of citrus. All in all a very sweet Autumn/Winter scent which is very exciting!
Then there's my Lady Speed Stick (Teen Spirit) Deodorant in Fantasy Queen Scent, it smells.. AMAZING. By far favourite deodorant smell, although I would recommend it's spray or roll-on cause they're probably more effective and a lot easier to use.
Last spray thingy I'm taking with me would be my Body Fantasies body spray in Exotic Musk Fantasy fragrance, it's a very strong body spray so I use it as a perfume to be completely honest. Its smell is like, well a very alcoholic musk fragrance, not much explanation sorry I'm rubbish at this oh god haha!

Now for the actual makeup! Got my all time favourite lipstick Rimmel London Kate Moss edition 107, it's colour isn't too dark like plums or too bold, perfect for winter and throughout all the different seasons actually so I'm basically in love with it.
Also my Maybelline Baby Lips '15 Cherry Flavor' lip balm, an absolute stunner. Literally the best, you can use it for colouring your lips this light pretty pinkish colour and also it softens or moisturizes your lips beautifully. It also has a very nice feel to it, most lip balms are just soggy and soft and quite rough? I guess so, they also finish real quick. This one feels like a baby's butt, not sure if that's a way to describe something but it's soft but firm and smooth, perfect.
Got my eyelash curler, hate mascara so this is a perfect substitution I feel.
My Maybelline Colossal Kajal eye liner.
And also that small looking tub that looks like a lip balm, nope think again haha. It's actually a fragrance in a form of a quite-harder-than-cream kind of material and I just dab it on when I'm in a complete rush, it's quite small aswell so its perfect to carry around with you. It smells very floral, and it was a handmade gift so I'm afraid you can't really find it anywhere.

The typical hair essentials all ladies/girls need to have with them. Bobby pins or hair grips, bobbles or hair tie (I'm not quite sure what americans call them haha), and hair elastics, also some little nice bows. Essentials. Full stop.

Now moving on from my makeup bag, shall we..

Alright now, to entertain myself on this 10 hour journey I've got myself the 'The Illustrated Works of Jane Austen' book which contains 3 books written by Jane Austen which include some what drawings she made. She's my absolute all time favourite author, just thought I'd note that haha.
My glasses, and wallet, essentials again haha.

Now this may seem weird but whatever. This is something I like to call a Memory Cup, its a coffee cup from Starbucks and I literally fill it up with stuff that I may like to remember when I grow up or so on. I put all sorts in it, papers, different sweet and chocolate wrappers, I mean you can see a spoon in the picture haha! I'm taking it to hopefully put some more stuff in it, maybe a reminder of our hotel or something.
Beside it is my LegoLand key ring, don't know why I'm taking it but I always keep it with me, well sort of anyway haha. On the other side of it is a picture of me and my whole family on a roller coaster there when I was about what 7? And we were screaming so we look pretty hideous that's why I chose not to show you, sorry haha!

Now I know I'm not showing you anything in my suitcase but I wanted to show you two things I absolutely LOVE!

My Golden Silky pyjama, it's from a shop called Max or City Max. Now I think you'll only find this shop if you're in the Middle East or from the Arab World so..
And then there's my black pair of shoes, now I've had about ten different pairs of similar looking shoes and I bet you have too, but this by far is the comfiest, best looking and easiest to wear out of them so I thought I'd let you know. They're from a Shop called Payless, again I'm not sure which countries it's in, but it's from a company/ the maker called City Sneaks.

THAT IS ALL. Thanks for reading my essentials, if you'd like to know about my trip it's in the next paragraph. If you'd like, please do follow our blog, we'll be blogging a lot soon and also please do comment what your essentials are and/or how long was your longest road trip, I'd be so interested to know! Last thing, if you'd like obviously then do share this around, we've only just started and it'd help a lot. Cherio!

Right so, my trip. I'll be on my way to a place in Saudi Arabia called Al Madina, now only muslims are aloud in it due to religious reasons or maybe terrorism, I'm not that sure tbh. (but I'm not there as a 'just' religious trip.) I'll be staying there 8 days, and it takes about 10 hour, we'll be stopping at about two other places just for a few hours so maybe even a 12 hour trip! Oh Gawd! So I'll be showing you the things I do there, and the inside of mosques and all sorts, so excited! This current blog is scheduled to be up by the time I'm back actually so by now I'm probably whizzing off writing my other blogs which should be out pretty soon now!

Alrighty.

Have fun, stay safe, until next time, Cherio!

Looking forward to writing a lot here. If you would like to leave us some ideas on what to write or how to upgrade our blog or any tips in general then please let us know.

FunForLouis & Celebrities.

So we haven't posted in a long time but something exciting happened today and that is that we ending up in FunForLouis video. Now for some people it may seem okay and you may not even know him, he's this adventure vlogger or a daily vlogger on YouTube and his videos are one of our favourites or else we wouldn't have really made him an intro innit? Haha. He goes to all sorts of places, does all sorts of stuff and it fills us with happiness or complete jealousy sometimes but it's lovely to watch his day. (Ps. Check him out www.youtube.com/louis)

Anyway, I wanted to talk about how funny it is to see celebrities or "famous" people through all sorts of screens, now I'm not referring to YouTubers obviously but singers and actors anf actresses, all sorts of red-carpet-very-known-people, how we may fantasize about them all day or you know think about what'd be like to hang out with them or what their personality would be like around us and somehow it just really makes me feel..  I don't know but maybe really dumb? Well. The thought of them not even knowing I exist is quite funny, like, say maybe you're bored and you're creating this small little imaginary conversation with yout favourite artist, in your head they know you but if you step back a little and take a bigger perspective about it, they don't. And its both sad and hilarious, because we adore this person so much.

Anyway, it's just a random thought I've always had in my mind and I thought it was about time I shared it. Tell me what you think aswell.
And as always don't forget to check out our YouTube channel: www.youtube.com/thebrunettesisters

Lots of love, Nouran xx

Celebrities and judgmental people.

Hello. So we just uploaded a video on our YouTube Channel (if you want to watch that out then check this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BTlbMWJr0BI&feature=c4-overview&list=UUGfvnZ-hcwdUb9NyciI1qOw )

Anyway I thought that I (Nouran) should scribble some stuff here and I thought why not talk about the same subject as the video.. Cause I'm dumb and boring haha.
It's about celebrities having haters or people judging them, I really don't understand why anyone gives themselves the right to do that. I know that most celebs won't probably notice these judgmental people cause haters just gonna keep hating haha, but it's irritating. We don't know them, we're not friends, we haven't sat down with them and had a face-to-face PRIVATE conversation, so we barely know how they're feeling or how they think. You can't hate someone due to their looks or clothes or appearance or because they have so much money, well that's actually called jealousy and that's a whole different thing I think haha.
And besides they don't really harm us in much, they just do what they want to do, their dreams. Which is something we all have, I mean I want to become a great director or photographer and a youtuber (I've got a lot of dreams haha!) and I want to travel a lot of countries and experience a lot of stuff and do adventures but I guess everyone wants that innit? Hopefully we'll all accomplish our dreams someday just like celebs and a lot of people have and hopefully we won't have as much haters!

I know sometimes you judge someone unintentionally because I admit that I might do that from time to another, and I know that most people just go with the flow meaning they just copy other peoples opinions and ideas because they don't have the guts or a strong bold personality to think for themselves (although I do tend to do this when in restaurants and I don't know what to get haha), it's like for quite a while making mean Justin Bieber jokes was a trend and looking at that now I would hit myself if had made a bad joke but I didn't because I can't even make good ones, I'm a failure in life aren't I? Haha..

Besides thinking of being a celebrity or being in their position, it isn't as fun and nice as everyone thinks it is..
I mean I know money can do a lot and it can buy pizza so yea that's quite enough but it can't really buy freedom and privacy, and as cheesy as that sounds but it's quite true. Well actually, you could hire a lawyer and do all this yaby daby court shitty stuff or soming.. I don't know, but what I do know is that most celebs or all celebs can't go one step outside a place without being surrounded with paparazzi or fans, it may be okay and cool at the beginning but after a couple of months it becomes boring don't you think? Even after a year or two, one day you'll pity yourself. I mean imagine having no secrets, and probably everyone knows what your wardrobe has and everywhere you go, haha I mean, you really have nothing for yourself and it could get quite frustrating..

Obviously I didn't mention all this stuff in the video or I really would have gone on and on for hours and no one would watch it hahaha..

If you would like follow this blog for God knows why,
you can subscribe to our channel here: www.youtube.com/thebrunettesisterstv
and here's the link to the video again if you want more reasons: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BTlbMWJr0BI&feature=c4-overview&list=UUGfvnZ-hcwdUb9NyciI1qOw

Love you all.. Even tho I don't know whose even reading this but who cares haha <3

G'bye, Nouran xx

Who the hell are The Brunette Sisters?

Right, so who the hell are we? We're two brunettes as you've probably noticed haha. Names? Nouran and Yasmin, we're arabs, more detailed? Egyptians.
Our story is quite small, I Nouran was born in Cardiff, South Wales, UK. We lived there for a brief 10 slash 9 years or so, we then moved back to Egypt and wow it was a really new life to us, imagine how that was! Scary! After we really settled in and made a lot of friends our parents decided to work in a country not that far and we'd keep going back and forth from Egypt to that country. Anyway! Now we're home schooling, obviously we started watching tons and tons and tons of youtube videos, which were all amazing and still are and that inspired us to even think of making anything. Of course we're still at the very start and haven't accomplished much but hopefully we will. Whoever is reading this (if anyone is haha!) I hope you go check out our channel at: youtube.com/TheBrunetteSisterstv
Anyhow, we don't know a thing about blogging or blogs but it seems like fun just jotting along any silly thing that comes to mind to anyone hahaha!
Talk to y'all soon.
